The half lamb box contains: 1 leg cut into two joints (1kg each), 1 shoulder cut into two joints (900g each), 7 loin chops (100g per chop), 7 rib chops (100g per chop), 1 shoulder 4 rib rack joint (700g), 4 leg steaks (100g each), 5 rounds of neck (100g each), 1 breast chopped (800g) and 1 kidney.
