Welcome to our on-line shop. This web site was set up in January 2006 to give you general information about us. The photo on the left shows our shop which was given a partial re-fit when we took over in 2000. 

We make all our own sausages using only lean meat, fresh herbs and spices. Although in the early days we sold mostly sausages we have expanded our range to include a full butchery and delicatessen.

The butchery side is run by Shaun, who comes from a long line of butchers. His father, grand father and great grand father all had businesses in the midlands area.

As for myself, I was trained in London as a chef and came to the midlands in 1992 to escape the rat race.
